Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Processing time
Orders are checked and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, UK orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days. Some items are sent from our international fulfilment partner, and the estimate above already accounts for this. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost
Free delivery on all UK orders.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs checks, carrier backlogs, weather and peak periods can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at contactmillaflores@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or stuck parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or more, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

Import charges
Your order total covers delivery to your door. In the rare event a carrier contacts you about an import or handling charge, do not pay it and contact us straight away so we can resolve it.
