Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, contact us at contactmillaflores@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply within 3 business days with the return address and full instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving these details, as items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Once we receive your request we will confirm whether the return is accepted and send you instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

30 day satisfaction guarantee If you have used the shower head and it is not for you, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You keep any free filters and gifts. Limited to one shower head per customer.

Standard returns (change of mind) If the item has not been used, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

UK right to cancel (14 days) If you are in the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof they have been sent.

Damages and issues Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used filter cartridges sold separately (this does not affect the 30 day satisfaction guarantee on the shower head). We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or on sale items unless faulty.

Exchanges Want a different colour? Contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a swap.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and tell you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at contactmillaflores@gmail.com.
